Educational Programs and Conferences
In addition to its core activities, COPRAC sponsors educational programs and conferences offering MCLE credit for attorneys.
Bar Association Educational Outreach Programs
COPRAC conducts one hour MCLE programs for local bar associations (with a focus on less populated areas where live presentations are not customarily available), on various ethics topics relevant to the bar's members. Among other benefits, the programs are intended to facilitate the formation and continued operation of local ethics committees, and to forge further bonds between the State Bar programs and local bars and their members.
The Committee has conducted programs for the bar associations of Contra Costa, Imperial, Kings, Sacramento, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Tulare counties. For information about ethics program for local bar associations, please call 415-538-2107.
